Return policy

  • Within the scope of the "two-week liking guarantee", the customer can purchase the product within 14 days from the delivery date. may return the product.

  • If the reason for return is dislike/cancellation Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made when the products are received by us. Cargo shipping costs (75TL+75TL=150TL) will be deducted.
  • The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original box.
